Elliott Insurance Service, Inc. was founded in 1954 by Eyler (Scotty) Elliott. He was joined by his son Dick in 1959.

The first full-time employee was Kathy Larson, who joined the firm in 1973 and remains as a valued member of the team.

At present, Elliott Insurance Service, Inc. handles about 17,000 policies for about 7,000 individuals, families and businesses with clients located throughout the State of Washington.

In addition to a computer for policy service and record keeping, the agency has automated rating so that instant rate comparisons may be made of some of the country's finest insurance companies.
